MySpace Friend Train Site For Sale

Im going to be completely honest here... I have a fairly successful MySpace Friend Train website which is for sale. The reasons for selling the site are:
1) I dont have enough time to develop the site further
2) Its at a faster rate than we anticipated and we cannot keep up.

The website is called www.trainadds.com, if you visit the site at the moment you will see its been suspended.

I am looking at selling this website as i really do not have enough time to run the website.

2) It has an average of 4200 unique visitors per month.

2) 200 unique visitors per day

Additionally it has some exceptional google rankings with some very popular keywords! (these results are from Google UK)

myspace train - 2nd - 10,500,000
myspace trains - 3rd - 11,700,000
myspace friend train - 5th - 5,180,000

As you can see from above this site is ranking extremely well!

This website also has a very unique feature to it!! The website has the "Longest MySpace Train" page which has managed to collect 40,000 people within the last 2 months.

I have 2 PDF's of the website traffic for the last 2 months that i am more than happy to provide.
