What is the best possibly free program I could use to get lots of friends on myspace without spamming at all? And is this program and myspace in general still working for you?

Also do you guys know of any programs similar to these for facebook or twitter accounts? Please share!

I use FriendFrost.com to get free friend requests to my MySpace profile page.

The may not come fast, but they are steady.

Over the last year or so I have been able to add 35,000+ friends to my page.

I can also double my traffic by posting a "Thank You" to the comments section of the profile page of each person I accept to my friends list since other people will click on my profile out of curiosity.

    this is similar to maxadds.com

nothing wrong with it but it is not targeted traffic. My site is selling jiu jitsu gear and I need only jiu jitsu or MMA practitioners to add me.

In general I would not recommend automated friend/follower adders. All your hard work setting up your profiles will go down the drain once your account is banned.

One legit site for Twitter is http://tweepml.org, which includes Twitter lists that people have created based on interests (digital marketing, boston advertising agencies, etc.), and then by logging in with your Twitter account it lets you follow everyone on that list automatically. So as long as your smart about it (staying within the follow limits per day), since you're following people based on interests, it's not so unethical.

No I don't, sorry. Facebook is really good about blocking these things so it'll probably be really hard to find one that actually works.
