I agree with Nystul, you have to offer something new... Otherwise, why would someone register at your site and talk the other 3 members instead of registering at myspace and finding old highschool and college buddies?

 

Even if you offer something new, you'll never get big, that name is a joke... 'Myspate', who'd honestly take that seriously?

 

you can register myspate.com and redirect that to an adsense site for people who mispell myspace you might get a few cents off of them.

If you want to be succesfull make something unique and begin from the name.

 

You do have potential issues with the domain name especially if you keep saying things like "sister" site which also implies there is a relationship between the two sites.

The correct term you need to use is clone rather than sister.
