Myspace, can promotion work there for a directory?

    Hi,

    I'm trying to promote my social networks directory, and I was wondering if setting up a page on myspace, with some links to it scattered around, would be a good idea? or would it get banned straight away by myspace?

    it wont get banned but think of how many people on myspace own websites...not many.
