    I have contacted Marty to no avail via PM and this message board! I am going to give him 24 more hours to comply before I leave him a bad iTrader and report this thread as a scam to the mods.

    I sent payment on 08/10/2007 and still have not had the bulletin posted nor acknowledgment from Marty that he will post the bulletin shortly.

    Could be because you were promoting poker. Most of the users you are advertising to are young people and teens. The amount of traffic you get all depends on time of posting and bulletin title/content - if it interests them, you get hits, if it don't, you don't get hits.
