Took one a few days ago and very fast and reliable service + extra se submitting. What else can you want? Not sure about how big the extra traffic was, because I realised day or two later that google analytics was messed up.

i get jumps in my sites when i post my own ads.. in fact there huge jumps... i also submit your site to 140 search engines... other people charge you 1$ for doing this alone in some parts of this site.
i bought 600 friends here.. didnt notice any resonable difference...the usual uniques i get per day is 7..thats all.. no huge hikes in either page loads or traffic..dont think its worth it..
