I think it is kind of hard to get 1000 new registered users. Just my opinion, because I am trying to add new friends and it is very challenging. You can certainly get lots of people but most of those accounts are advertisers themselves. I have over 1100 accounts now, and what I have noticed, doesn't matter how carefully you advertise main thing is your friends needs to click on the post and then read it and then click on your link or take the time to add you as friends.
