Is there a certain number of bulletins you can send in a day? I can't send anymore but I can still login to my account and when I send it just doesn't show up in my sent or anything, but doesn't give an error.
I'm pretty sure there's a limit on them, not sure what it is though. I don't think bulletins show up as posted right away, so if you're not waiting a while to look, that could be the problem.
