I remember when each link from Myspace counted as a backlink with PR benefits etc. etc... but then I remember there was some fuss about it (but don't know exactly because I wasn't doing Myspace marketing at the time) I recently bought a program, http://addmybuddies.com, so I'm back in the Myspace game! Does each link (comments etc.) still count towards link development / seo or not anymore?
No it does not, all outgoing links from myspace do not point directly to your url but use a cloaking system.
