I'm seeing a lot of threads here in the Azoogle forum asking about Myspace and Arcade sites and how they do with Azoogle and CPA in general... I thought i'd give my 0.02 cents on this topic. Many people here have been banned from ypn/adsense and look to Azoogle as an alternative. Well to put it bluntly, it's not an alternative. Azoogle is CPA. Meaning you get paid per lead, not per click. It will not fill the hole that adsense/ypn once occupied. You will not get nearly as much $ per user with cpa as you would with cpc in a teen niche with myspace traffic. Why isn't Azoogle working on my myspace site or arcade site? Why? Because teen traffic doesn't convert. There is a reason straight media buys on myspace are extremly low (3 cents per cpm) and there is a reason contextual providers like ypn are terminating users for low traffic quality (traffic that doesn't convert). Myspace traffic will not convert period. Ringtons, ipods, xbox - nothing. It's really getting old to hear people asking about the so called "magic tips" to do well with CPA. There are none. You need to experiment and understand what attracts user to complete offers and how to target users looking for certain products you are trying to promote... No body who understands the market will spill the beans. It's not in their best interest - obviously; so stop asking. Everyone that is making it big right now once was at the bottom. You need to work on getting to the top. Nothing will be given to you.
I completely agree. It's probably the same way for other highly-skilled professions like day trading, where nobody is going to share their secrets. People like shoemoney do help, providing just enough information to get your mind spinning with new ideas, so kudos to him. Too bad we couldn't assemble a team of guys, all working together to achieve profits of unbelievable heights, like some super hedge fund for PPC, CPA.
Shoemoney is a great guy. Too bad that so many people here decided to attack him for not literally giving away all of his secrets. I guess helping people out isn't enough these days. Anyway, in my experience nothing is better then testing yourself. Everyone has a different opinion, not to mention many people myself included steer people away from what their doing. Why? Because we all hate compeition. If im making huge $ with a specific niche, im not going to go telling everyone that thats the niche to get into. It just wouldn't be the right thing to do. It actally pisses me off to see people running their mouth about how much they make and what they bought with the money they made from cpa, cpc, or the internet in general in specific niches.
If someone has a specific question about a specific site or something, I don't mind helping them out. I want to give back what I can, but I'm not going to blab about what niches I've found, keywords, etc., because you're right, we're all competing against each other. There's still plenty of room for all of us and many more. Shoe deserves a freakin medal for what he's given back to our specific industry and balances the sharing of information perfectly.
I guess the besides the obvious reasons that I posted the question about arcade sites is that a friend of mine on this board claims to make $150 plus a day with ringtone cpa's from azoogle on a arcade site - Do not know if he is pulling my leg or not - but it sparked my enthusiam - and tried it, but trying different ads on the arcade sites yielded almost nothing in the leads department - I agree no one should give away what makes them money - but out of frustration the question was asked.. Thanks
