It's only a matter of time before Adsense bans Myspace sites. If you have a Myspace site, and all your income comes from it, I would start making alternate plans for revenue...

I don't understand why adsense should ban myspace sites?
and what do you mean by adsense banning?

I am talking about visitors from myspace.com to my site and adsense reaction to them.

Because Adsense knows the quality of Myspace visitors are abysmal. As in, non-existent. As in, these are 13/14-year old kids who won't buy nuthin'. So the traffic from MySpace sites are devalued as a result. YPN has already banned MySpace publishers outright. Adsense will eventually figure out the same thing and do likewise. So if your site is a Myspace resource (or layout) site, it's smart to start looking at other ways to monetize it beyond Adsense.

Right .... banning of accounts for this reason looks cruel.
If users cannot buy anything then it doesn't mean that they do not belongs to any other revenue model.
There is not just one revenue model of "click & purchase".

    I'm with Mong on this.

All the ads on my Myspace site are for other Myspace sites and similar. It's a big money circle with a cut for G on every cycle, they should chase down those feeding in high paying keywords onto their site as they're the ones causing the problems and it's easy to spot.

Anyway, it's also wise to drive that Myspace traffic to other sites here and there and establish a self-building site off of it too as the ban threat is certainly there. At least then you're left with something that can earn, once you have something else up and running you can cut down on the Adsense ads on the MS site as a precaution if you desire.

I dont think it is that bad. I see TOOONS of publishers use yahoo on myspace type sites. Yahoo is only banning a few of em' to make a poit but no way in hell are all of the publishers gonna get canned.
