Thanks for the offer Greg but I have bought a far,far better fully working script that does a lot more than what his didn't from here : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=72859...and it was cheaper...and worked as advertised.

It adds news to your site automatically.A great site backend for getting thousands of pages indexed in G.

If you are thinking of doing business with this guy I would advise against it.Rep speaks a thousand words in here and, whatever he might say, he ripped me off for $50.Simple as that.

Many members from digitalpoint have bought them yet, and I guarantee that the programs work great.

So why doesn't mine? You admitted in a pm it didnt. You said you would fix it.I sent you all the log in details for my host etc and you did nothing.I asked for a refund and my pms were ignored. You took my money and ran.If you deny this put it right by giving me a refund. If "many" members bought your stuff how come you have no feedback?Look at mine...it's all excellent.Make your own mind up who is telling the truth.

    Right this is the lowdown.
I am a paying cutomer of yours.I am not satified with the purchase which doesn't work as you said it would.
You have made no attempt to help or rectify the situation and have said there is no refund ( a bona fide seller would not do this).
You have laughed at me in this thread.
You say I rely on website traffic for income......how do you know?

All in all I think you come out of this looking very bad.Out to make a quick buck without backing yourself up.

Anyone who buys from you after reading what you have said in response to me ..................well I will leave it to them.

Why would I want to single you out.You seem to think I'm picking on you when I only want what I paid for.Read my feedback. It tells you what I'm like to do business with.I really can't see why you insist you have done nothing wrong.

You know. I thought it would be harder to bring to myself to red rep people after the changes, but it was even more rewarding ;)

As a developer, I always put customer service above my bottom line. In the end, losing a few dollars on a refund isn't that bad. You gain the trust of your customers, and it's just the right thing to do. If a script I know functions, doesn't function properly on my clients server - I help them to figure out the source of the problem.

You get two shiny new reds just having lousy customer service. If this is the way you respond to your past customers, why the hell would I want to become your future customer?

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go do a good deed to get that green back ;)
