I am adding newish friends who are new to myspace Why? Because i know that all myspacers who have over 1.5k friends cant see the bulletins without opening the View Bulletins section. Some may not even open this, This is a FACT!! My friends can view this section on there main page.

depends on how the bulletin looks mate if it attracts my friends.
Also depending how many bulletins you want posting out the more you want the more people will go to your site.

This is because not everyone is online at the same time.
