Has the site made $1k per week for the last three months consistently? ie, it has made $12,000 over three months?

And you are saying it takes 2-6 hours per day to work on the site? That's almost a full time job for one person. Taking into account wages, it doesn't seem to be making enough for your valuation.

If I'm wrong about this, correct me. Not crashing your thread, I am always interested in profitable businesses ... but your valuation doesn't seem realistic.

 

Traffic comes from Search Engines, Forum Sigs, Banner Adds , Script Directorys , Promotion Threads I can show you the paypal screen grabs For the last 3 months. If needed

 

The site takes On average 2 hours per day....
This means though some days 10 minuets other days could be up to 6 hours depends on Installs....

So to be on the safe side and Me As I don't like to tell lies I would put between 2-6 hours per day to run... does this seem fair... ???
