    I think its good. I would say 200$

    I'd say low-mid to mid $xxx range undeveloped. But in all seriousness: develop it, and you can get really high traffic and sell the site for $xx,xxx range. That's just my thought...but you can sell the domain now if you really want to.. ;) :p
