This website has made me $8-$10 a day steadily for the past 6 months. I recently had my adsense account suspended and am in the process of finding out why. Most likely has to do with indescretion when I first started over a year ago...but that isnt the point. The site has a php include where you put in your adsense code and it posts site wide (it is on the right side where the other ad is now). Gets great amounts of traffic and with a little work could be a contender in Google (currently ranked 85 for myrtle beach golf.)

I am sure that the number one will be, "Why are you selling?" I am not sure my adsense account will be reinstated and so I want to cash out before I have to make a choice. I also invest in real estate and could put this cash to use in the re market.

PS- I cant log into my adsense account to get a screen shot of my earnings but I can pull deposited check images if anyone needs that...

 

just curious, where is it you have your adsense ads? or have you taken them off

 

They are off right now, but the right hand bar where the pic ad is is where they go. I actually havce them commented out so if you look at the page source you should see where they go.

ok, I see it as a PR 0 , where is it your getting it listed as a pr 4

 

The DP tool and my toolbar show PR4. Can anyone else verify?

No, the site did make that. You have gotten the site banned. I would suggest getting confirmation for google that is will be allowed into adsense again with the new owner. You may get better offers then... Good luck.

 

Yup, it's a very nice site with a lot of petential but the adsense ban scares me too. Can you check with Google first. I asked for a site I purchased and waiting for an answer.

 

I have no prob checking with Google to see if this site will be accepted...I will let you know asap.

I also said however that I would refund if the site was not accepted so keep that in mind as well.

Adsense on the site and working fine again. I may now consider some decent bids but now that I have the ads working again I may not sell. If anyone has any serious offers, please let me know by PM.

 

Hi, I asked by pm - What uniques are you pulling in daily and can you let me see the google stats also.

Looks like your adsense account is banned - at least the Adsense ID you use on this site.
