    I'm selling my new website http://www.mypaydayloanstreet.com/ with great niche with an excellent name.

    The site is based off WordPress but the design is custom and theme created are unique.
    The contents is done by creating Autoblogs, or self growing blogs, that contain the universe of these keywords.
    The basis of an autoblog is the content. The content is in the form
    of RSS Feeds that are abundant on the net.

    The site is already setup to rank well in search engines because of the way content is created and added to the site.

    The point is that you made an offer here and my bid was against that offer. Why asking for $47 instead of $27.00 as quoted above.

    the original BIN was $87 and I'm giving it to you for almost half price.
