    I am about to sell my website www.myguitarschool.com, if the right offer comes up.

    Myguitarschool.com is a website where people get to learn how to play the guitar.
    I am selling the whole site, which means:

    The design and the entire membersystem, connected to ClickBank, all lessons and education-material.
    The ClickBank-account connected to the site is also included.
    The buyer will pay costs for transferring of the domain.
    Since we have not used any marketing for the site, except for ClickBank, the members are today not too many.
    With the right kind of marketing, this website has all possibilities to grow into something much bigger.

    I have the rights not to sell if the right offer does not appear.
