MyDepressionAide.com - worth $2,600?

I went to this site--- http://www.urlappraisal.net/appraisal/mydepressionaide.com.html and it told me that my domain- mydepressionaide.com-- is worth over $2,600. How is that believable and how much stock do people put on urlappraisal.net? This is an empty domain so I doubt I would really be able to get over $2,600 for it. What does anyone else think?

 

Don't take automated appraisals too seriously, they are not reliable. By the way, Estibot.com and Valuate.com think your domain is worth $0.

 

There is no value for that domain name, it's value is 0$. Domain does not have any alexa rank!

 

Thanks for your replies. I actually plan to turn the domain into a membership site and then it will be worth something lol. I just happened to stumble across the automated domain appraisal site and couldn't find any others. Thanks for the info!
