    Its not banned...

    Its an affiliate site. The only traffic it see's is the traffic I market for.

    Therefor it has no links coming to it, and there is no reason for search engines to be looking for it. I have not even put forth effort to rank it in search engines. It just how I run my affiliate sites, and how I am pretty surte everyone else does as well.
