its a really long domain name... Besides the phrase making sense and it being a .com TLD there really isn't much use in this domain name unless the owner were selling it as some specialized marketing niche'/scheme. I don't like long domains like this, however, there still are peeps that would have interest in something like this... so my valuation would be low to mid $xx.
