MyBlogLog Widget - WTF!?

Discussion in 'Blogging' started by MorgansMom, Mar 9, 2007.

I figured I would add the MyBlogLog widget in my sidebar, but once I finally figured it out (I had to paste the code into a regular text widget) it ended up looking screwed up.

I tried a billion things, and in the end even the default widget looked screwed.

Is it a problem with my css code or what? Does anyone know how I can fix it? Pretty please

What browser are you using Morgansmom?

It's looking like a CSS issue, but I can't tell because you've removed it from your blog :p

It's probably a problem with your CSS. Trying loading it on a page without a style sheet first to see if that still happens.

If it does, then re-generate the code from the Mybloglog admin panel.

I used special CSS classes to hack my code to make it look like I want it to.

Yeah, I took it down cause it looked like crap.

I'm not surprised that it would be a problem with my CSS since I customized the template myself. I'm sure I screwed something up along the way.

It looks fine in a regular page without style, but I have no idea where to go from here in terms of digging around in my code. I have no clue where to look first. Maybe I'll save that for another day. I'm too brain dead today. Hacking CSS is a scary idea for me. I'd screw it up even more I'm sure.

Your CSS is probably interfering with the widgets CSS.
