Mybb 'unknown sender' email problem

    Hi guys,

    im having problem with 'unknown sender' email issue.
    At first i thought it is PM notification email sent to members that is having "Unknown sender" displayed in the "from" field instead of the forum name.

    Later realize that it is happening to members who have activate 'subscribe threads' as well..

    Forum is using phpmail and it is sending email but just the from field is in error.

    Anyone have experience or knows how to solve this? have asked for support in mybb forum but its been days yet not solved.

    anyone can help please?
