Out of those. I like MyBB the best. It's the easiest to customize out of those listed. My personal overall favorite forum software though is IP.Board.

MyBB is the best. Easy navigation and admin panel. Blows SMF out of the water

If you are an experienced developer i would suggest phpBB3. Ive used it for years and is widely customizable.

    1. Theres is an full SEO version that you can find thru google that has lots of SEO modifications pre installed
    2. No free forum software will most likely be mobile ready, you will either have to find a plugin, or have a custom mobile theme coded.
(From experience, with fully custom themes, mobile phpBB3 seems to work fine with me. Then again i coded it multi-browser compatible)
    3. This might be something you have to search for, but im sure they have it.
    4. Yes this software does support some post from email, but havent tried it. It would really not make since thou, this is not a blog site so posting from email would take to long to find a solution to have a system to tell where to post to.
    5. Yes there is a facebook and twitter login and share integration. There is also a wordpress integration plugin.
    6. Yes there is rate mods.
    7. Yes there are options to send out newsletters to all members.

Yes i have integrated phpBB3 into a site before but the client wished for it removed because it was not used over time.
I have a fully custom phpBB3 site up but not running if you would like to see it. It was fully designed and coded by me and my CEO.
