Mybb question..

    Hey guys I use mybb on my forum www.TalkSportsHere.com and I'm very new to it, so I have a question. Is there a way I can disable my users from having a signature? Thanks

    Do you want to remove signatures from all users? Or allow it for select users? You can set the length limit of the signature to zero in the 'User Registration' settings.

    Or, there are a few plugins available that allow you to configure signatures. I think mybbcentral has one that allows you to specify which groups are allowed a sig, and there are a few at the central mybb site that do various things with the sig.

    hmm well is it free? and how exactly would i implement it? i just want my moderators, paying members, and administrators to have a sig.

    MyBBCentral does have one, it's called "Signature Groups" but yeah...not free.

    However, there is a newly released one that is free: http://mods.mybboard.net/view/signature-restriction

    You can give that one a try and it should work as it was released a few days ago.
