    What do I do now? There is no other option to deliver the file. It's either 7mb or nothing. How do I deliver my zip file?

    Depend on where you want to deliver ..... If on email then for suspected script of files gmail, yahoo can block zip file to share ..... But you can try with google drive.
    You can use One Drive also to share your file ..... There are many online sites who is giving at least 1 GB free and you can upload your file there and share with your clients or your known person.
    If you are managing website then can upload it to there and can share URL so anyone can easily download script. There are many options, choose according to your ease.
