    i have mailed them few time but no reply ? i have 400$ with them

    My Netfusion account was made inactive once, I wasn't banned, I just hadn't logged in for a month or 2 but I contacted them and my account was reset.

    Have you been in your account recently? If so, it could mean your account was banned, but if it's been awhile it could mean just that "inactive".
