I think it is better to remove cj affiliate banner and place adsense ads there

Link units suck. They don't pay much and the users has to click twice before you get paid. They click that link and it takes them to a search results looking page and they have to click again. I would replace them with regular ads.
Also you need an ad in your sidebar and the top of the page.

MAKE SURE to blend in the background color of your ad to match your site too. They don't now.

Remove the block below your second post and place it above your content (beside your twitter icon). Should have a much better CTR.

The background colors still don't match. You can find the color codes in your sites CSS file. If it uses an image for the background you might not be able to match it due to gradients but in this case I would use image only ads or find a new template that can blend in the ads better. It is a nice template you have but if you can't make money with it you might as well not use it.

I'm loving the blend on the homepage. However, in the article i think text ads work best above the content not images/text.

Looking at your code it appears that the background color is created by a repeating image. Try to recreate the image and note the color you used and make the image and adsense ad using that color.
The color looks like #003366 if you want to try that for your ads or recreate another background image using that for your color would keep the similar look.

ads still do not blend in. If that's what you want then ok but you will not get many clicks. The ads stands out too much. People will know it's an ad.

I think, the skywrapper on the right side is still not blended properly. For blending properly, print screen your page, paste it in photoshop, copy the html code from there and create ads accordingly. How about trying a leaderboard above the fold? And i guess, the page would load faster and looks cleaner if you display not more than 3 articles in homepage. Anyway nice theme.
