My Whole Blogger Network Blogs - more than 10k per Annum

    I'm very reluctantly offering my Blogger network of blogs up for sale to the right person who will nurture and care for them as I no longer have the time to indulge myself due to my new traditional business. It comprises of 12 blogs in total but only 4 are of true value at this time.

    Here are some details on the 4 blogs:
    1] Gaming Blog - PR3
    2] Tech Blog - PR5
    3] Food Blog - PR3
    4] Personal Blog - PR1

    Revenue Channels average per month basis:
    USD 150 - Adsense
    USD 50 - AuctionAds
    USD 22 - Adbrite
    USD 650 - Paid Blogging

    Some points to note are:
    1] These are NOT automated which requires a few updates a week
    2] Paid Blogging could be much more if you have the time to take them
    3] I have not even touched on Selling Links yet which could be another great revenue channel
    4] All blogs are indexed by all major search engines
    5] I will NOT be letting them go individually cos its just impossible since they are all tied to one blogger account
    6] The other 8 blogs have their own potential if you place some effort in developing them
    7] All blogs are of quite different nature and topic which covers a good variety
    8] Most of the templates used are custom designed by me


    While I was thinking of a price to sell it at... I've also taken in consideration my time and countless hours of efforts placed on these blogs besides just the revenue as stated above and came out with what I think is a fair value to both parties. Details will be given to ONLY serious buyers who have good standing in DP forum.

    Price - No reserve
    BID - USD 10,000
    BIN - USD 18,000

    * Bid increment USD 250


    Timeline
    120 hours from 1st Confirmed Bid


    Prior to accepting a bid... I would like to speak or chat to the buyer directly either via Skype or Messenger and also answer any questions he or she may have. As for payment method... I am open to whichever the buyer is comfortable with as long as I am able to receive the funds without much hassle although I would greatly prefer it via Paypal.

    But even then I dont think you can/would want to sell them individually eh?
