    The website: http://www.casestudychris.com

I have recently been on a weight-loss kick. I have gained about 70 pounds in the last 4 years and I am ready to get it off and to motivate me, I thought i'd setup a "blog" to document my progress.

Things are laid out fairly simple and when the time comes I'm going to have progress pictures and weigh-ins to keep up with where i'm at.

Like I said, this blog is mainly for motivation... but I would also like it to be entertaining.

Any ideas on how to make it a better experience?

Have a 'before' pic on the main page. Otherwise when you first look it doesn't look like a personal site at all because of the ads. Blogs dont usually have that many.

Good point AmyNelson, I second that idea. You need to make your blog more human instead of commercial, if that is your goal.

Check your main index page in your cpanel.
It may have a redirect in it, or check your .htaccess file for a redirect.
But for sure, notify your web host now.

If nothing else, do what I did on one site of mine that got hacked into and redirected somewhere else (one heck of a porn site!).
Since I had all the files, I just went to my cpanel for that site and deleted everything!
Then reloaded and everything is okay now.
