    I am currently selling a brand new site, i have sold a few sites like this and they tend to make pretty good income and theres a few more things that can be added to help incress income. Mainly adding a tiny bar of google adsense link ads above the search.

    This is a free template with script intergrated.

    It can come with script for $1 more because it does take a bit to intergrate.
