    try the http://thenewsroom.com/. They pay out a huge 4$ CPM for autoplaying video feeds. On my tech site that's not really a problem because my visitors will hit pause immediately anyways, though it can be irritating on non-geek sites.

    If the 'auto-play' is enabled on TheNewsRoom, does it counts as a video played in the stats when a visitor loads the page?

    Also is there a minimum time the video must play for it to be considered as a viewed video?

    I believe if you are a new site .. you can easily get into CPX, there you can get around $2 CPM. Also you can try widgetbucks ... though they are new however they offer a CPM of $3-$6.
