My Website Won't Load, But Email & CPanel Work

    Hello Guys,

    My website www.shockonline.com hasn't been loading for me or a few others for a few days now, it works for some and loads really slow for others. The cpanel works along with my pop3 email, just the website won't work or the ftp. How can I get this fixed? All my other website load fine on my server.
