Steve, The site looks a little too homely or childish if you don't mind honesty. For a site that is offering SEO & design services you are making it look more personal then professional. You have to keep in mind that the client you are trying to attract has no knowledge of Web Design or SEO. keeping that in mind you want to make sure that you give less ideas to the client then necessary. The more they read about it the more the will demand of you and the service. I will suggest keeping the colors more professional and lees information for the client so they will have something to ask you rather then have an opinion. Good Luck

Great design work. Its very useful and gives lot of tips.

 

You need a new header if you ask me. And need to reorganize the stuff a bit..

 

steve dont take away the personality that you have and how amazingly well you connect with people.

The truth is this people want to know who the hell they are dealing with. I want ot know that i am dealing with steve and he is going to offer me a good price for my website.
Shit you know what, add a video to your website. Honestly add a video saying hi this is steve and i am here to offer you a deal for your web design services.
It could be the best move that you will make as a web designer. Its what alot of web designers dont do. All the best steve.

Redesign your site and give it a more web 2.0 look, be more professional but in the same time show yourself and your personality in the website. Your clients want to know you and trust you. That's all I can think of now.

From what others have posted, I think I give 2 many tips.

 

The only part of the design I feel is a little odd is the small browny/greeny image in the header/side/footer logo, if that's removed I think would look better

Lay-out and navigation is good

IT looks a little too dull yes I would agree make it web 2.0 ish it looks much better.

Other than that it looks great.
