My Website Under Attack - Sex Spam

My website is under attack, and has lost all of its rankings for relevant keywords, now it appears for sex related terms, even though there are none on the site, no approved comments, I don't know how to fix this, no online scans show a problem but all of my organic traffic has dropped.

    Please help

You should really use Akismet, it takes care of the whole spam and it filters good!

To control people from commenting on your site and what they're posting, I agree with the above posts. But, you said that you're not getting comments, so I believe they are just linking to your site.

I found an old thread here you could look at. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=36870
