    Its just another one of the zillion poorly written useless tech blogs that just parrots what is already on those zillion other sites and adds nothing of value to it --> never going to get approved for adsense.

    first thing (its just my idea)
    which i found, your privacy policy and TOS or other pages are in a hidden menu. not very visible to public which google actually dont like i guess it could be a issue.

    secondly
    is your domain name registred same as your name on google account?
    once you disapproved it does not means you are blacklisted,
    you can can apply again. Move On!
