One of my niche website ranking keep falling down from page 4 to page 6 now I do build backlinks almost everyday but it still keeps falling down I wondering why? Anyone cares to explain?
How old is your site? It could just be that your Competitors are simply doing more work than you. They build more backlinks and of higher quality. Try building more quality backlinks and see what happens.
Need more quality backlinks from dofollow and high PR. Find here getfreelists.com and freebacklinklist.com Only that... Goodluck.
Did you do midification for your website? You'd better analyze your competitor's site and compare with your site.
Ever thought it could be your on page optimization which needs to be revised? If linkbuilding does not show the expected results a mistake was made usually on the site. On the other hand, if the problem you describe is just happening since a few days, it may be a Google dance caused by the new links you added. If you get lots of new links, first that will happen is the loss of rankings for some days (max. 1 week about) before the site starts rising again to it's new (or old - if the new links don't have enough power) position.
well, as far as I know Google just changed its policy a couple of months ago... now they are tracking many new things ... For example, if you have a lot of outgoing links they deduct some PR (move it to them) ... If you submitted your site into many new catalogs in a very short period, they also do that. Actually they can just make PR of your cross-linking partners lower, so you might even be not guilty at all I also suffer from lowering of the PR, you are not alone ((
focus on quality of links and bringing in relevant traffic.... spam links to unrelated content are getting punished.
Along with grabbing off youtube try quality backlinks and advertising your site on forums if it is allowed on a particular forum
It is either your backlinks resulted in the re-ranking, or your competitors (those formerly behind you) getting tons of backlinks.
This is a reflection on how quality your acquired links are. You should go back and analyze through your current link building strategy, got it revised.
its the new google - its called "caffeine" and it sucks and is killing lots of websites. lets hope things go back to norm soon
Create some new unique quality articles and create backlinks with them from the high PR web 2.0 properties. Drip feed it though to make it look natural and you should see it going back up the rankings.
Domain age is not much important to get top rankings.. Unique, optimized website content is fair enough to do well in search engines...
