    Google ranking doesn't depend on your PR it depends upon your SEO efforts. And you can check the site position on google webmaster page.

    In my experience, Google webmaster tools has always been very far off from being accurate. Raven-seo-tools has a good weekly serp tracker and there a couple programs you can buy. I think SEO-TOOLS for firefox has a serp tracker also.

    I have to agree with backlink...Check Google Webmaster Tools, it gives you over 100 keywords and there rankings.
