it's cool that it's in flash, but the buttons and fonts and everything is too simple.. really flat imo. it will be nice with better textures.
I like the flash effects as well. I suggest adding some texture to. Looks great though you did a really nice job. Maemae
Flash is nice, but this is a little bit overkill if you ask me. Imagine people having to see this every time they go to your website. Once or twice is nice but after that it will get irritating.
I agreed with Myr, flash site is quite irritating after a few times loading. Part of the page with flash is ok but not all.
Site looks reddish, change the red colour as light pink or some light blue, red looks very horrible. The tile is nice and the text is pretty good. Only need changes on the red colour.
You can use images to improve designs,use light colours i think web2.0 colours will be very nice for this.though designed in flash i cant see any animation out of it.If you don't include the animation,ther is no point of making site by using flash.
Some of the text is not very crisp and having an all flash main page will not help you with the search engines imo
You're really on for something afham07, but just as what everybody was suggesting, try to work on your colors and don't forget to add some graphics...
