    if I were you I would have gone with a .com site. Then it's only a matter of writing about the most popular topics and keep on writing.

    You need quality traffic. To attract traffic to your website

    you have to do that just post atleast 5-10 regularly and put your site in the search engines after some time you will be notice that traffic is coming from search engines
