    I have a question: Is it that your website is not designed properly (graphics, layout etc) or is it that its back-end scripting (using PHP) is not done properly?

    If it is the design issue, I really wonder how PHP can help you....

    So you would require a graphic designer cum web designer to fix your website ? What is the url ?

    I'd start with getting a regular, preferably .com tld, first.

    There are a few paid survey sites that control the market as it is, so you'd need professional help to put yourself on the map.
