My site is more than a month old now and got indexed quite fast to search engines. BUT... when I search in google, yahoo etc. there is no description, it´s not been cached and only showing url or link...why? The site has a description, sitemap, google analytic and webmaster tool added! (using wordpress) Website is: http://necklaceforwomen.com Any help will be appreciated
I don't use this tag often so I could be wrong, but isn't this stopping the spiders from crawling your site? <meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow' />
Thanks for the tip "sebasago"! My "Privacy Settings" in WordPress was "somehow" set to "I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitors"... What a JOKE...lol This was the only thing I did´t check! Now "<meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow' /> " is gone! Hope my site will appear "normal" in search engines soon! Thanks again
