Hello , I have a website http://www.xibitsolutions.com/ . I have tried many time to cache this website but its not caching any more
Hello, original poster. I tested your website with Pingdom and it is loading acceptably fast. Load time as measured was 1.94 seconds for 84 requests (which is a lot of requests). http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/ddaPRB/http://www.xibitsolutions.com It is no where near peak internet traffic time as I write this. A better test will be later this afternoon as peak internet traffic picks up. You are hosting with GoDaddy which is notorious for overloading servers. So if you start seeing major slowdowns during peak internet traffic (late afternoon US time), then I would suspect the issue is caused by server overloading. As of this writing I see no issue with slow loading. I will try to check it again later today or tomorrow during peak time.
Well, I agree with billzo. Even I treid to load your website and found to be absolutely fine. However, I could see you have wordpress and that you told you have tried cache as well. But not sure if you have tried WP-Cache plugin if not then you can try it ionce and if you have already tested then I would suggest you to check with your hosting. Many times hosting server too has an issue on the speed, as I personally have 2 websites hosted with BlueHost but the sites are terribly slow but as I paid for one year of hosting I do not have any other option but to continue with BlueHost. So just check with the hosting if you can change then try to move your hosting and check.
some more possible causes can be:- Unoptimized images and videos. external media usage. Content without HTTP expression. server connectivity problems. poor HTML coding. poor CSS.
