My website is ranked on average 36, how do I get to top 3???

Hey guys,

My website www.simplyfreeiphone4.com is ranked on Google.co.uk for the keyword "Free iPhone 4" on average 36-40. Sometimes it dissapeares but always comes back after a few hours.

The site is only about a month old so I am happy with where the site is in the rankings already.

I have submitted articles, and built backlinks as well as using one of the backlink services offered by members on here.

But now I'm stuck, I'm not getting much traffic and my rank just won't improve... Is there anything I'm doing wrong with on page SEO? Am I not doing enough off site SEO? Do I just need to keep building backlinks?

Any help would be really appreciated

 

Increase the number of your links slowly. In my opinion, it seems that your position is like a bonus for new sites. More probably your site is going to get under the filter in a month or so, where it may stay for a few months. I’d love to hope it’s not gonna happen.

 

You need to choose the right keyword. If your competitor are those big company, you are hard to rank better than them because they are spend money on SEO, many people are helping them in SEO

 

You should also try the following steps and I am sure your will get the desired results.

Be continuous on your work and make a regular monitoring on your site.

12. And you can also go for the traditional way like as 1. Link Exchange with other theme base sites an 2. Directory Submission
13. Submit your site on the video posting site like as youtube and much more
14. Make a perfect squidoo lens for your site, work on that and move traffic to your site with some interesting videos displaying there.

I am already doing all of the things mentioned in this thread... I guess I'll just keep on at it!
