My website is penalize by google and I need ur help to remove penalty

My websites is penalize by google for 4-5 keywords in google.co.uk and google.com

I'm trying to get out of the sandbox and need advise by SEO specialist to get out of sandbox for 4-5 search terms.

Plz suggest me what I need to do for my website.

sandbox is filter for new sites and new linkk

try get links from trusted sites
also google likes new unique content so create it as much as posible
in this way you could get out from sandbox in 2=3 month may be more may be less

btw there is one method to get out faster but in this method you have to create miiror from you site. So this is not good for qulity site with visitors

Thanks for suggestion I will try to get quality links from trusted websites and add some fresh content on website.

but for ur information my website is related to movie and u can watch free movies here and download too.

 

if site is showing on 3 or 4 page.. is it still in sand box?

 

yeah how can you tell if its in the sandbox?

 

I think if you still find your website the keywords altough it's in 10th page, it is not sandbox. CMIIW..

And I agree with Gangsta, keep link building with reputable and related sites.
