Hello there, I have a Carpet Cleaning Company and also have a website. Last few days my website is going down on Google Search Engine. I don't have any idea why my website http://www.ecarpetcleaners.com is going down before it was the first page on Google. Can anyone suggest me what I have to do for this issue? Thanks.
Al depends who is looking after your SEO, plus adwords might help. Goggle gotta be paid to keep you on the top. the higher the bid per click the higher ranked it will keep you. IT would good to know also what the keywords you used for your SEO
Seems the competition is doing more then you. If you was once in the first page does not mean you will be always there without doing nothing.
Some hints that could help, numerous ones exist though https://www.quicksprout.com/2014/02/12/why-your-search-rankings-are-dropping-and-7-ways-to-fix-it/
Hello Alexandre, Thanks for your reply. I have checked the Quicksprout article for dropping a website. I will do for the reason which is I found there. Thanks again.
No need to worry about anything, yet. Some algo updates may initially negatively affect some sites, but then they will get their rankings back. Do not panic, and do not start spending money on some SEO guru. Just wait for a few weeks before trying anything.
Is it true? Should I wait for few weeks? Will my website rank back like before? I'm so much worried about my ranking factor.
What exactly are you going to do? You said your site was on the first page, it means all this time not a single update (sometimes they have 2-3 of them a day) since 2003 when you first started your site affected it. Now something did hit it. Nobody knows what and when. And since nobody knows what and when and since your site WAS on the first page before you may want to tread carefully.
I would like to highlight few points that may assume as reason for this If you open page source of view-source:http://www.ecarpetcleaners.com/ You can see missing meta description, image URL, and meta keywords I would suggest you add it and set it for index once!
Hi Now a days google updating their algorithm very frequently. so may be there is some penalty should occur on your website.
Go into your Google Webmasters area. Check the backlinks in there. And use BacklinkWatch to see what backlinks you have as well. If the backlinks are bad, you will need to get rid of them. And add valuable backlinks instead. And make sure the content does not have keyword stuffing. And use good SEO practices. And write valuable long 2K+ word articles each week.
