My Website. How do you like it?

The blue header takes up too much space!

 

the main image looks too big, how about a little smaller image

 

Very nice, very nice. I like your domain name, its original.

 

ok i'll note that...

 

I love the theme. The font is really nice on the eyes for the top tabs. The only critique I have right now is the jaggedness of the little lion in the blue. Maybe smooth that out. And the <title> tag still says Home?

 

Here are my two cents:

Pros:

• Original domain title
• Nice clean look

Cons:

• The blue banner is far too high
• I'd give the cub a black tip of its tail, instead of plain white.
• Too many colours on the landing page! I counted eight. I'd swap the orange, yellow and white (link hover) for the green used in the sidebar.
• I'd move the sidebar to the left-hand side.
• The sidebar menu and the top menu aren't the same.
• There is no menu item for the guestbook.
• Portal should be renamed to either forum or board.
• The link to the home page in the footer is overdone. Two links to the home page is sufficient.
• The combination of a German forum with an English home page is odd.

 

OK so here are some news: I will change the lions tail just like you told me to. And then i've got an idea: I'll cplit the site in two parts: The german board. (board.blacktailed.com) and the English Blog (blogging.blacktailed.com)
Any Ideas what i could do with the rest?

 

I like the template basic but looks nice.
