if you see such warning in firefox , i suggest first verify where you got issue , mostly these warns comes because of ads , which ads you use ? try upgrading wordpress remove plugins which are not widely used and suspected , then open site from any pc using internet security if it still shows virus i say take a backup of database and create site on new server with new files do not copy files from old server , if internet security doesn't find anything resubmit your site in google webmaster tools for review
    hope my info helps

It is advisable to patch the vulnerability which the attackers are using to infect your site.

Ensure ALL malicious code is removed.

Do a web search on those two domains. Sometimes the domains that are referenced in malicious iframes are associated with a particular type of exploit.

See if discussions about those domains include talk about "gumblar" or any other type of exploit. For example, if those discussions do talk about gumblar, then your site probably got hacked because your PC has a virus that stole your FTP passwords.

Ok, Gumblar and Martuz are different names for the same password-stealer.

Everyone who has the FTP passwords stored on their PC should do scans with antivirus / antispyware programs different from what they normally use. Several well known AV companies have free online scanners.

I've had a few older version Joomla sites hacked recently, mostly demo ones I put up to show prospective clients and left them there for like a year or more. Cleaning out some old sites recently checked them out and had 'hacked by' pages on them.

Moral of this story, make sure you update your CMS's if you use them.
