Really thanks :) So I will try to submit it in the directories and get link from the other website to mine, But why in the Google webmaster shows that "Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Aug 25, 2008." is there any ways that I can make google to index my site faster?

Well, as far as I notice. It is not banned. If you had a site PR, it may be penalized for some illegal or irrelevant link but your site is not banned. It is cached on Aug 25th only. And it is pretty visible on Google. Just work somewhat better on your seo strategy and it will get it PR back soon (if it had before).

Those links are from the parent site, You mean that I took them off from header and put them somewhere else? (for example in about us or services)

There is no such way to get your site cached faster. Just submit them to quality directories only. Any website that is regularly updated is cached every week. around at the beginning of week. If your site is updated, it will be cached on time.
