My Website Disappeared from Index

    My website disappeared from index of Google, Yahoo and MSN. I used 301 redirect from my domain to some other site. I took out 301 redirect and it still has the same problem. Was my site banned? Will i ever be able to get back to index?

    When i use site:www.mysite.com nothing shows up!

    A 301 is a permanent redirect so you'd told Google it was gone for good when it wasn't.

    What result did you expect?

    Sarah is right... you can't flip flop like John Kerry.... You are confusing Google and not giving it enough time to figure out what you want to accomplish.

    you have to wait until the search engines find your site and re-index it again.
